The Lost Art of Good Conversation is the latest book by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche. In a world of smartphones and connectivity, we often feel burned out and disconnected. With readings and guidance from his book, we explore ways we can reconnect with others.

This workshop will include discussions and be an introduction to the book “The Lost Art of conversation”.  We will start on a journey to help us get back to the basics – to a life in which we are fully present and connected to ourselves and others. Using the principles of the Shambhala tradition – meditation and a sincere belief in the inherent wisdom, compassion, and courage of all beings, we learn how to listen and speak more mindfully and effectively to loved ones, co-workers, strangers and even ourselves.  Good conversation, we will discover is ultimately about engaging with kindness and compassion, which leads to perpetual happiness and vitality in all that we do.

Please note the early bird price deadline closes 3 weeks before the program start date.
